To Amend Ordinance 110

 

Annual Dog Fees and License:

 

Section 1. That Ordinance 110 of the City of Newell, be amended

by addition of the following paragraph: “Provided that, upon

presentation of evidence that said animals have been vaccinated for

rabies since August first of the preceding year, the Annual Dog License shall

be One ($1.00) dollar per each male, one ($1.00) dollar for each spayed

female and thirteen ($13.00) dollars for any unsprayed female.”
