To Amend Section 18 of Chapter 5

Section 1. That Section 18 of Chapter 5 of the City of Newell be amended

to read as follows:

Any person or persons, owners or keepers of, billiard or pool tables or tables

of similar nature, who desire to operate them for profit or for Public use shall

                        pay a license Fee as follows: Ten dollars ($10.00) per year for the first

                        table and five ($5.00) dollars per year for each additional table, payable

                        Semi-annually in advance.
